Received disappointing news today from CHI. Unfortunately, we will not be traveling on November 19 due to National Visa Center (NVC) not scanning our paperwork. We hope this is resolved shortly and that we will be able to travel around December 10.

The long-awaited Travel Approval (TA) finally came and adoption agency sent request to American Consulate!
